If you're looking for general information on planned upcoming and previous WoWWiki upgrades, these are generally listed on WoWWiki:Upgrades. Smaller upgrades to the software occur continuously, generally on a weekly basis, with bigger product launches (like MediaWiki 1.14, video embedding) every couple of weeks/months.
If you find software bugs on WoWWiki, you can report them either via Special:Contact, the Central Forums, or to me directly.
