Most Freethinker's Armor items can be acquired through quests given by Jin'rokh the Breaker, who can be found on the Yojamba Isle in Stranglethorn Vale.

The exception is  [Gri'lek's Charm of Valor], which is formed by combining a  [Punctured Voodoo Doll] with  [Gri'lek's Blood],  [Renataki's Tooth],  [Wushoolay's Mane], and  [Hazza'rah's Dream Thread].
