• Hotfix (2022-12-12): Fixed an issue that caused Frigid Winds to not correctly benefit [Freezing Cold]'s snare.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 40 Frost talent).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Additional movement speed reduction is now 10% (was 15%). Now available at level 40 (was 75).
  
• Hotfix (2017-07-24): Now increases chilling effects by 10% in PvP situations (was 15%).
