Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer exists as a separate passive skill. Now solely a debuff applied by [Howling Blast].
Patch 6.2.3 (2015-11-17): Damage has been increased by 10%.
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): No longer benefits from the damage increase granted by [Tricks of the Trade].
Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Now deals 15% more damage.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer reduces attack speed. Duration increased from 21 to 30 sec.
