Frostbrood Vanquishers are frost wyrms made from the reanimated bones of dragon carcasses excavated by the Scourge in Icecrown. Death knight players can summon one during the quest 
[8-30] An End To All Things... by using the [Horn of the Frostbrood].

As of patch 3.3.0, players can earn a Frostbrood Vanquisher mount. Players receive 
[Reins of the Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher] and [Reins of the Icebound Frostbrood Vanquisher] by completing the Dungeons & Raids achievements 
Glory of the Icecrown Raider (10 player) and Glory of the Icecrown Raider (25 player), respectively.
