Frostwolf Envoys were orc Alterac Valley recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity, as well as the neutral Shattrath City and Dalaran. They were only available during the monthly Call to Arms: Alterac Valley.
