Fury of Elune is a Balance druid talent. It apparently allows druids to directly call upon the power of the night elf goddess Elune.

It is an exclusive choice node with [New Moon].

Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage reduced by 10%.
Hotfix (2023-07-06): Will now deal damage even if the target is out of line of sight of the Druid.
Hotfix (2023-06-13): Fury of Elune will now deal its damage even if the target is out of line of sight of the Druid.
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Astral Power generation increased by 20%.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 Balance talent (was a level 50 Balance talent).
Hotfix (2022-08-01): Fixed an interaction with Demonology Warlock's [Call Observer] and Balance Druid's Fury of Elune that was causing more damage than intended.

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Fury of Elune now lasts 8 seconds (was until Astral Power was exhausted) and generates 40 Astral Power over the duration. It can no longer be recast to redirect the beam.
