Fury of the Skies is a conduit for balance druids. It drops from Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall and Halondrus in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It is also sold by Zo'sorg in Oribos for 200 .

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
