Galakrond was the "progenitor of dragonkind". From him, the Titans created the Aspects. His size alone was greater than all of the Aspects combined.[1]
The Scourge seek to raise him as a frost wyrm.[2]
He is named similar to Grakkarond, but there is no indication for or against him being a member of the Bronze Dragonflight, or if he even was of any of the five Dragonflights.
Speculation
It is speculated that Galakrond is the Frost Wyrm in the Wrath trailer.
