Gam was a tauren who used to hunt centaurs with Baine Bloodhoof. When the Emerald Nightmare fell into Thunder Bluff, Gam, dreaming, attacked Baine as if he were a centaur. Baine had no other choice than to drive a spear into Gam's chest and his body fell off from a bridge, disappearing into the accursed mists and thus saving Baine from watching his friend's body shatter.
