Gammothra the Tormentor is the magnataur leader of Gammoth, southeast of Warsong Hold in the Borean Tundra. Primal Mighthorn wants him slain to prevent any type of magnataur uprising.
Using 
[Pouch of Crushed Bloodspore] on him will weaken him, turning him into Weakened Gammothra, making him significantly easier to kill.
