The Garrison Report is the summary of the Garrison including missions and the amount of time left until they're ready to complete, work orders, upgrading followers item level, and seeing if the garrison may be having an invasion.

The Class Hall Report replaced the Garrison Report in Legion, although it was still accessible with a right-click on the button on the minimap or from the following macro:
/run ShowGarrisonLandingPage(2)
With the release of Battle for Azeroth, the right-click option was removed and can only be accessed via the macro.
