Gazban was a goblin wizard located in Stranglethorn Vale. He had the  [Stone of the Tides] which he used to manipulate lesser water elementals on his island. Gazban could be summoned at the Altar of the Tides using  [Catelyn's Blade] and could be found wandering Haunted Isle with the elementals there.

"The water elementals were no doubt summoned by Gazban, the goblin wizard rumored to have discovered the Stone of the Tides. As you may know, the Stone of the Tides curses its bearer, causing him to fade in and out of existence..."

When attacked, he turned into a water elemental. He was killed and the stone retrieved.

Abilities

•  Crash of Waves — Inflicts 111 to 130 Frost damage to nearby enemies, stunning them for 10sec.
