Gerithus is a green dragon in the Ohn'ahran Plains. He is the son of Merithra[1][2] and the grandson of the former Dragon Aspect Ysera.
Along with Solethus, Gerithus flies with Merithra to answer the call of the Horn of Drusahl after it is blown by Balakar Khan and Koroleth. When the Nokhud try to kill Merithra with a bolt from a dragonkiller ballista, Gerithus and Solethus fly in front of her to absorb the bolt. Solethus is the one hit and plummets to the Watering Hole.[1] Khanam Matra Sarest and an adventurer seek the dragons out and explain that they are on the dragons' side. Gerithus, who is upset by Solethus' death[3] and less trusting than his mother, says that he'll continue to keep an eye on the adventurer, but helps them travel with Merithra to the Shady Sanctuary by giving them a ride on his back.[2]
In the Sanctuary, Gerithus discusses with his mother while the adventurer helps rally the green flight to battle the Primalists at the Storm Scar.[4] After the adventurer kills Koroleth and the battle is won, Gerithus seeks them out and brings them to Merithra on the shore of the Ancient Bough.[5] He then joins the dragon crowd around the Emerald Oathstone on the isle itself.[6] He was later captured by Fyrakk who wanted to know the location of Amirdrassil and was almost killed by him if Vyranoth had not stopped him.
