Gertie Jr. is a silkstrider larva first seen atop the Gossamer Cliffs in Ardenweald, near her dead mother Ol' Gertie. After adventurers kill Noisul of Many Faces, they carry Gertie Jr. back to the safety of Caretaker Lillythistle's cave.[1] Lillythistle then asks the heroes to take the larva to the Heart of the Forest, where she will perhaps grow up to be as grand as her mother.[2] Gertie Jr. can subsequently be found on the Trunk level inside the Heart of the Forest.
