Ghastly Confines
The Ghastly Confines can be found deep inside the Niuzao Catacombs underneath the Niuzao Temple on the big island off the western coast of Townlong Steppes. The confines were originally the prison of the Sha of Fear, who has since escaped and left the Dread Shadow behind.
