Glommus is a ogre found in the Ruins of Alterac in the Hillsbrad Foothills.
He is a loyal lieutenant of Mug'thol. Melisara wanted Glommus' head.
Glommus is located in a small hut found along the righthand path of the T road junction that you'll find just inside the Ruins of Alterac.
