Glutton for Fiery Punishment is a quest achievement earned for gaining 20 stacks of Essence of Ice without taking damage in Archmage Xylem's Trial of Frost in Azshara.

There is a quest chain involving the trials, but it is not necessary to do the quests in order to gain the achievement.
