- Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed. Item turned into [Charred Glyph].
- Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now causes [Innervate] to give both the Druid and the target 60% of the normal effect of the spell if it's cast on a target other than the Druid.
- Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Now causes the druid to gain 10% of his or her maximum mana over 10 seconds when [Innervate] is used on a friendly target, in addition to Innervate's base effect.
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Effect changed: When caster uses innervate on a friendly target other than themselves, they gain 50% of innvervate's benefit (previously granted the caster 45% of their base mana pool over 10 sec.).
