Gnaw Death Knight ghoul pet ability Melee range 1 min cooldown Instant Bite and tear at a target's limbs, dealing light damage and stunning for 3 sec. Dark Transformation: Strike an enemy with a smashing attack, dealing 125% of normal melee damage and stunning for 4 sec.

Gnaw is one of the abilities that is available to the Unholy Death Knight Ghoul pet. It deals 12% of the ghoul's attack power modified weapon damage. It is affected by [Dark Transformation].

Patch changes

• Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): No longer on a global cooldown, and no longer costs Energy.
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): [Raise Ally]: Using the Gnaw ability while under the effects of this spell will now initiate auto-attack. In addition, the damage done has been changed from a flat value to a percentage of weapon damage.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
