Gnomish Cloaking Device
The Gnomish Cloaking Device[37.4, 60.4] is a contraption set up by Cog Captain Winklespring in G.E.A.R.'s camp in the southwestern corner of the Foot Steppes in the Storm Peaks during 
[50-70] A Signal in Storm Peaks and [50-70] Gnomercy!. It creates a cloaking field for all nearby friendly NPCs, hiding them from sight by giving them the following buff:
Gnomish Cloaking Technology — Hidden from sight by a cloaking device.
