Gnomish Lightning Generator is crafted by Engineers with a skill level of 425, and is taught by all Grand Master Engineers in the Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord and Dalaran.

- The GLG has a 30 yard range and a 1 second cast time. As stated in the tooltip, it also has a 1 minute cooldown.
- Creation of this trinket is 15 seconds.
- As a Trinket, the GLG does not use the Global cooldown
- This device is considered to be the new version of the [Gnomish Death Ray].
- The damage is able to Crit.
- This device is not, in fact, safe.
- The GLG is usable while moving.
