Goblin Overseers are goblins found within the tunnels of the Deadmines leading up to the Mast Room. They are the slave masters of the Mining Monkeys and keep them motivated so that they keep on working. They are refreshed by the occasional Mine Bunny passing by.
Abilities
Motivate — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy and increases movement speed by 50%.- Threatening Shout — Increase the melee attack speed of the caster by 20% (Heroic: 50%) for 30 sec.
