Since the beginning of the War, these sites are frequently operated while under the protection of military forces.[1]
Notes
- Gold Mines are neutral buildings which can be mined by Peasants or Peons, who will then bring the gold to the Town Hall or Great Hall, respectively.
- They will collapse once their gold is exhausted. In earlier versions of the game, a Peasant or Peon attempting to enter the Mine at the exact moment it is depleted will sometimes be killed.
- They can be attacked and destroyed (use the Attack command), but are extremely tough.
