Gorgonite is a basilisk found almost due north of the Temple of Earth in the Shuddering Spires of Deepholm. His powers have become so great he can petrify Stone Bats and even a Son of Kor.

Abilities

•  Crystal Flash — Teleports the caster behind the target. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
•  Petrifying Gaze — Stuns all targets who are within sight.
