Gorr'thog is an ogre, known as the Lord of Bladespire Citadel, who leads the Bladespire clan. He can be found at the Bladespire Throne inside Bladespire Citadel in Frostfire Ridge. During the Frostwolf clan's attack on Bladespire Citadel, Ga'nar rushes off to face him alone, but is confronted by his guards, leaving it up to adventurers to defeat him.
