Previous passive talent: Reduces the cast time of your Heal by 15% and your Heal also causes Inspiration on the target, increasing their maximum health by 20% for 15 sec.

Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Redesigned: Heal increases the targets total health by 10% for 15 seconds. Stacks up to 2.
