Green Dragonscale can be found by skinning green Dragonkin in the Temple of Atal'Hakkar and throughout the lands as well as the chromatic Dragonkin in Upper Blackrock Spire. You can also occasionally find a stash of dragonscales in Knot Thimblejack's Cache in Dire Maul.
