Greyguards are humans located next to Genn Greymane in Stormwind Keep in Stormwind City^[1] and later in the Harbormaster's Office in Boralus. They appear to be elite guards of the Greymane family.

They use the same tabard as the Gilneas Liberation Front and Gilneas Brigade. Given their role, it is unlikely they are affiliated with the former, though any affiliation with the latter is unknown.
The worgen player character is promoted to a member of the Greyguard at the end of their heritage armor questline. This could also imply that there are other worgen Greyguard.
