Griftah's Authentic Troll Shoes are a cosmetic foot armor skin (making any foot armor transmogrified into them invisible) previously available through the Battlefield: Barrens world event, and now sold by Ravika. Though Griftah was presumably involved in their "creation", he does not sell them in his shop in Shattrath.

during the quest 
[10-45] Legion: The Legion Returns. After that quest, she can be found on the Echo Isles in Durotar with the same inventory.
During the Battlefield: Barrens world event it was sold for 500
