Grimtotem Defilers are tauren of the Grimtotem tribe that wander around the Thunderhorn Water Well in Mulgore. After the Grimtotem were exiled following the Cataclysm, these vile tauren have tainted the well and guard it.[1]

- Grim Totem - Summons a ward that lasts 15 sec. and periodically deals Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
- Poison Bottle - Throw a poison bottle, dealing Nature damage every 3 seconds.
