Grom'gol Grunts are orc guards found in Grom'gol Base Camp in Northern Stranglethorn. The grunts patrol and guard the entrances and walls of the settlement as well as man the watch towers. Bort and Cromula were sent to get help in Kalimdor.
They also defended the camp when the Gurubashi trolls attacked it during the war against the Zandalari.
