Gromm'ko is one of the named Twilight's Hammer ogres found within the Seat of the Chosen in Mount Hyjal. He has invoked the ire of Instructor Devoran at the Forge of Supplication, as his pet raptor, Butcher, has slain three of Devoran's corehound pups. While Devoran mentions that their rivalry is part of the growing tension between the humans and ogres of the Twilight's Hammer, he doesn't seem bothered by the potential consequences of Gromm'ko's death.[1]

- During the quest, players will challenge Gromm'ko to a pet battle. It is only after Gromm'ko loses that he becomes hostile.
