Growing Inferno is a conduit for demon hunters. It drops from Surgeon Stitchflesh in the Necrotic Wake and Sylvanas Windrunner in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
