Guise of the Changeling.
Guise of the Changeling is found inside the Korthian Relic Box at [41.3, 43.3] in the small cave under Hope's Ascent. Open the chest with a 
[Korthite Crystal Key], purchased for 25x 
[Cataloged Research] at Tier 2 with the Archivists' Codex from Archivist Roh-Suir. The guise starts the 
[60] Guise of the Changeling quest, one of many relics for 
[Reliquary Restoration].
