Gurubashi Mojo Madness was learned by inspecting a tablet at the Edge of Madness room in Zul'Gurub. It could only be created by a 300 skill Alchemist.

Prior to patch 4.0.1 this item was used to extinguish a brazier in the Edge of Madness room in Zul'Gurub. This summoned 1 of 4 bosses each of whom drops a reagent required for the Zul'Gurub Trinkets. It can no longer be created.
