Gutgruk the Tough is an ogre who patrols near the Darkmaul Bridge on Exile's Reach. He kidnapped part of the Alliance or Horde's first expedition to the island, and he intends to capture the second expedition as well. Coulston Nereus or Drizza Sidestabber intended to use poison to kill him, but they were killed themselves before they could do so.
