Hailwood Marsh[52.8, 72] is a swamp found in Gilneas, southwest of Gilneas City and very close to the Stagecoach Crash Site and the Blackwald. While Prince Liam's stagecoach tipped on the main road due to an ogre ambush, members of a second coach were not so lucky. Their carriage careened over the edge of a steep hill and into the marsh, where they battled crocolisks to stay alive.[1]

Notes
- Despite being referenced in the item [Hailwood Chestpiece] (as well as in the objective description of [1-30] Stranded at the Marsh) and having been present in the Cataclysm beta, the game does not alert the player when they enter the Hailwood Marsh subzone. It either claims they have entered Gilneas or the Stagecoach Crash Site. This may be a glitch or a last minute development change.
