The Halberd of the Unscathed is the amber polearm formerly wielded by the Klaxxi Paragon Malik the Unscathed. Malik held the weapon in his last battle with Imperial Vizier Zor'lok. The halberd was later recovered.
The weapon can be found in Klaxxi'vess on a weapon rack. It can grant the player Malik's Klaxxi Enhancement, Iron Mantid, perhaps referencing Malik's words during 
[30-35] The Empress' Gambit: "Heroes never die, <name>!"
