Hands of Vashj are aranakk servants of Baroness Vashj that appear throughout Maldraxxus.

During [53-60] Glorious Pursuits, two of them are summoned using [Vashj's Signal] to capture Mephiles the Loyal.
At the end of [53-60] The Door to the Unknown, several Hands are among the Necrolord troops that enter the Seat of the Primus to kneel before the statue of the Primus before filtering out again.
During [60] The Maldraxxian Job, a number of Hands are seen patrolling the interior of Nurakkir alongside Remnant Eyes.
During Righteous Retribution / A Golden Dawn, starting with [60] Fight and Flight/ [60] Fight and Flight, several Hands accompany Xandria and her forces outside the Hall of Chains. The Hands can be seen standing guard and healing, or being healed by, Valiant Protectors and Phillios.
Two Hands accompany Vashj and Khaliiq in Revendreth during The Unseen Guests. They are first seen at Sinfall during [60] Dread Tidings and then accompany the convoy to Dominance Keep during [60] Convoy of the Covenants. They seemingly disappear after [60] The Unseen Guests, however.
