Harlo Barnaby is a dwarf quest giver located in Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands. He survived the invasion of Dun Modr by the Dark Iron dwarves, but was hit by a stray axe in the back as he was fleeing and woke up in Menethil Harbor.
After the Cataclysm, he is no longer present, leaving his status unknown.
