Helgrum the Swift was once an orc quest giver located in Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows.
With the coming of the Cataclysm, he now lays dying in the tower a Splinterspear Junction -- a victim of the renewed Alliance assault on the territory. His companion, Neeka Bloodscar, watches over him. Neeka now seeks to save her protege, or at least ease his suffering. He ultimately dies to his wounds.
