Hellscream's Elite
Hellscream's Elite are the forces who arrive at Forsaken High Command in Silverpine Forest with Garrosh Hellscream in the quest 
[5-30] The Warchief Cometh. Despite their name, they are not elite mobs, though they are fairly numerous and intimidating.
They spawn around [57.5, 10.1] and stand in front of a special-purpose portal to Orgrimmar during the quest, and leave with Garrosh once the scripted event between him and Sylvanas Windrunner has run its course.
