Hemathion is a rare dragon which spawns in the middle of the Vortex Summit in Blade's Edge Mountains (located on the western edge, only accessible by flying mount).

Tactics

He is significantly harder than any normal mob. He is immune to both entangling roots and stuns and is likely immune to most other forms of crowd control.

• Normal melee - ~400 before armor mitigation
• Flame Breath - 600-700 fire damage in a cone.
• Terrifying Roar - AOE fear, ~45s timer, < 20 yard range
