Herald Beluus is a draenei found immediately southwest of the Crusaders' Coliseum overlooking the ring of champions on the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. He announces the arrival of the Alliance and Horde leadership parties to the tournament and informs everyone when Highlord Tirion Fordring is about to begin his speech on the purpose of the tournament, hourly.
