The Kul Tiran heritage armor went through several iterations. As depicted in the concept art below, the left design was ultimately used for their heritage armor, while the right armor was reused for leather dungeon gear from Kul Tiras' instances. Furthermore, the coat design that was used for the heritage armor also went through a redesign on the PTR, with a more washed out color look, shorter coat and the removal of the large golden Kul Tiran anchor on the coat's back.
