“We are the Hidden, the voyagerzz of Shadow. We ssserve and will conquer. What we conquer will Burn. Bend to the masster'ss will. Bend to the Hidden. Bend. Bend.”
- — Ssarbik's chant.
The Hidden is a dark organization affiliated with the Burning Legion that is under the command of Malus's leader, the nathrezim Xaraax. They are described as a deadly band of raiders.[1]
Captain Malus was tasked with finding a magical compass once under the protection of Captain Greydon Thorne, and later placed on his son Aramar. Although Malus leads the Hidden, he, too, answers to a dreadlord master, Xaraax, but has a different plan with the compass than the master. Because of that, he refers to the Hidden's master as the arakkoa Ssarbik's master.[2]

Gordunni[]
With Malus killing their King Gordok and becoming the new king, the Gordunni clan based in Dire Maul were proclaimed to be no more as they were Hidden now. However, they still retained their Gordunni identity.
Gordok's Elite was a force of the best ogres chosen from the clan to serve Malus.
Once the business with Aram was done, Malus lied to the ogre mercenary Throgg and told him he would stop being the king of the ogres and they would return to Dire Maul. However, he retained his title but eventually betrayed them when he sacrificed several to the Darkstorm. Ultimately, Malus died, and the Gordunni returned to Feralas and Dire Maul. Zekhan later confirmed that Malus was no longer holding the Gordok title.[3]
Notes[]
- The members of the Hidden were initially considered to be pirates by the Wavestrider's crew. Makasa Flintwill later brought it up and doubted that they were pirates at all[4] and was proven right.
