High Executor Darthalia is a Forsaken quest giver located at Southpoint Gate in the Hillsbrad Foothills. She commands the Forsaken forces from her command post. Her job is to stop the spread of humans and other Alliance members in Hillsbrad.

Before his betrayal, Darthalia was under the direct command of the dreadlord Varimathras and Sylvanas Windrunner. She was previously located in Tarren Mill organizing the war against the humans.

During the Legion Invasions, Darthalia defended the Gate.
