High Priest Naferset is an undead crypt lord found in the Spire of Decay within the Temple City of En'kilah of the Borean Tundra. To attack him, killing the mobs that are channeling a spell into him is required.
During the war against the Lich King, Naferset alongside the high priests Andorth and Talet-Kha performed dark rites in the spires named Blood, Decay, and Pain located within the temple city.[1]
Following the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard reported that the Scourge in the temple are leaderless,[1] meaning that Naferset was slain by the adventurers either sent by Thassarian for the Alliance or by Chieftain Wintergale for the Horde.[2]
