High Protector Tarsen is a human of the Scarlet Crusade, found near the Northridge Lumber Camp in the Western Plaguelands.
Abilities[]
Arcane Blast — Blasts an enemy with Arcane magic, inflicting normal damage plus 10 and knocking the enemy back.- Devotion Aura — Gives 20 additional armor to nearby party members for 4 min. Players may only have one aura on them per paladin at any one time.
- Holy Strike — Consecrates the caster's weapon, inflicting 1 additional damage on its next attack. All damage inflicted is based on Holy magic.
- Shield Slam — Inflicts 20 damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.

- Tarsen had an ability called Arcane Blast which he uses at low health. Arcane Blast inflicts a small amount of damage but has a large knockback effect which might send you into groups of mobs in the area.
